I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading or using MeVault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please remove the App immediately.
II. LICENSE & USAGE
MeVault grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the App. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the secrecy of your App password/PIN.
- Ensuring your use of the "Vault" does not violate local laws.
- Advertising Support: You acknowledge that the App is supported by advertising provided by third-party partners (such as Google AdMob). These ads (including banners, interstitials, or rewarded videos) may be displayed within the App to support our free core features.
III. SUBSCRIPTIONS (APPLE ID)
- Payments: Charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Account Settings > Subscriptions.
- Refunds: All financial transactions are managed by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
IV. PROHIBITED CONTENT (EULA)
Users are prohibited from using MeVault to store or share "Objectionable Content," including but not limited to:
- Child exploitative material.
- Content that promotes illegal acts or violence.
- Infringement of intellectual property.
- MeVault reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate these rules.
V. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DATA LOSS RISK
Data Loss Risk Warning: You understand and agree that MeVault is used solely as a local video management tool. Content stored in your "Private List" is tied to the application instance. Uninstalling the MeVault app will result in the permanent deletion of all video files stored within the app by the iOS system. Please export or back up your important data yourself before uninstalling the app or switching devices.
MeVault provides tools "as is." We are not liable for data loss resulting from forgotten passwords, device damage, or unauthorized access to your physical device.
VI. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the region where the service provider is registered, subject to the mandatory protections of your local consumer law.
